Job Opening: Welding Foreman – Mentor, OH (JOB 26-00219)
Salary Range: $70k - $85k
Permanent Position with Benefits
Requirements and Responsibilities:
High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management
Manage projects, problem solve, and manage crew safety & timely completion
Open to 25 - 30% travel (typically 1 - 2 weeks per project)
Welding & rigging equipment experience
Plan material, client, information, equipment, environment, and tools
Possess valid drivers' license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles if needed
Oversee project safety, quality, and profit goals for project activities
Welding capabilities - certifications preferred
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
