DELSEY is looking for an E-Commerce Business Lead, US to own and scale our digital business. The E-Commerce Business Lead will be based in United States with a double reporting to Paris HQ and USA Subsidiary. We’re looking for

a hands-on leader and builder

to take ownership of our US e‑commerce business. This role is for someone who doesn’t just define strategy — but executes, optimizes, and drives results daily. Your main mission:

double our US e‑commerce revenue within 24–36 months. You will own the full e‑commerce P&L, define the growth strategy, and lead execution across Amazon and major retail platforms including Macy’s, Walmart, Costco, and Nordstrom. You will also oversee our Amazon agency to ensure flawless execution and eliminate operational risks. Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Ownership

Own and grow the US e‑commerce P&L (~$19M) Define and execute the US digital strategy aligned with global priorities Identify growth levers across Amazon, marketplaces, and e‑retail Drive initiatives to scale revenue, profitability, and operational excellence Amazon Leadership & Agency Management

Own advertising, content, pricing, and overall performance Ensure best‑in‑class operations and eliminate errors Lead relationships with key accounts: Macy’s, Walmart, Costco, Nordstrom Define assortments based on performance, margin, and customer fit Drive joint business planning, promotions, and commercial negotiations Monitor sell‑through, returns, and inventory performance Test new channels and growth opportunities Stay ahead of US e‑commerce trends and competitive landscape Operations & Performance

Ensure best‑in‑class product content across all platforms Track weekly KPIs: sales, margins, inventory, returns Monitor MAP compliance and competitive pricing Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights Cross‑Functional Leadership

Collaborate with global teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, digital) Align forecasting, replenishment, and promotional planning Coordinate with US leadership and global HQ Lead and develop the US e‑commerce team Manage direct reports and cross‑functional stakeholders Build scalable processes and structure for future growth Qualifications

7–10+ years in e‑commerce/digital, including leadership roles Proven ownership of a $15M+ P&L Strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central (required) Experience managing agencies and complex external partners Background in consumer goods (travel/luggage a strong plus) Required Skills

Deep expertise in Amazon ecosystem (Advertising, Brand Analytics, ARA) Strong commercial and negotiation skills Advanced analytics (Excel, BI tools, Google Analytics) Solid understanding of supply chain and forecasting Data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred Skills
