About Job We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Cincinnati location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands‑on, and eager to gain experience in packaging, inventory handling, and distribution processes within a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging
Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper sealing and labeling
Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous warehouse, packaging, or logistics experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
