Job Description Production Designers create graphic assets and files, ensuring they align with the brand s aesthetics and adhere to production processes. They support other teams with their graphic and technical design skills. The role requires expertise in mechanical building, printing, and digital post operations, with a mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite. Attention to detail, production knowledge, and a strong design sensibility are essential. The position demands a proactive approach, excellence in design outputs, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar role

Associate’s, Bachelor’s, BFA, degree preferred, majoring in art, graphic design, production art, or advertising

Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples

Knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, composition, and current design trends

Ability to sketch ideas, draw, or hand illustrate, and knowledge of iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects a plus

Knowledge of Sketch, XD and Figma as well as digital (email/web) executional processes a plus

Pre-press, mechanical building, and printing knowledge

Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint

Responsibilities As a Production Designer, you will:

Extend and translate established creative concepts into production-ready digital, web, and print content.

Follow development timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.

Work in various presentation programs (PowerPoint and Keynote) to help Account, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop client presentations.

Prepare final press-ready files based on the supplied specifications.

Package, preflight and press check files for release to printers or media partners.

Handle assignments with speed, accuracy, efficiency, and make unsupervised design choices and recommendations based on provided direction.

Ensure approved layouts conform to brand guidelines and that internal deadlines and approval procedures are met for assigned project phases.

Support the development of tools and processes that increase efficiency and impact client deliverables.

Compensation Range: $60,800 - $84,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
