* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in paid social strategy and execution.* Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar budgets across multiple business objectives.* Advanced understanding of:
+ Pixel implementation and tracking architecture
+ Brand lift studies and survey-based measurement
+ Incrementality testing
+ Attribution models
+ A/B and multivariate testing methodologies* Strong proficiency in platform ad managers (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and enterprise social management platforms, specifically Sprinklr.* Required: Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns within Sprinklr, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and governance.* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into strategic insights.* Comfortable presenting performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership audiences.* Strong storytelling ability — able to translate performance metrics into clear business implications.* Proven ability to operate as a strategic thinker, not just an operator.* Demonstrated thought leadership and a track record of driving innovation and change.* Highly collaborative, able to influence without authority across cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
