Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team in Illinois. This role requires someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and confident in both design and sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and sell kitchen and bath projects
Create detailed floor plans and elevations
Work closely with clients to develop customized design solutions
Manage projects from concept through completion
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check
Education & Experience
Previous design experience with Home Depot is a plus
Portfolio required (must include elevations and floor plans)
10+ years of experience preferred (minimum 5 years acceptable)
Proficiency in 2020 Design software (cabinet design software) is required
Strong knowledge of floor plans, kitchen cabinet layouts, construction processes, and finish materials
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
