Compensation
Base Salary: $71,000-80,000 +/- depending on experience, paid bi-monthly.
Bonus Opportunities after one year of employment.
Position Overview The Associate Marketing Manager is a hands‑on, execution focused role supporting marketing initiatives across our luxury real estate and hospitality portfolio. This position supports critical coordination of integrated marketing campaigns, including social, email, and paid media for new master‑planned communities, driving lot sales through phased releases, amenity milestones, and events. The role also supports operational marketing efforts for private clubs, ensuring brand consistency and member engagement. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will work closely with company partners and external vendor partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.
We are seeking a self‑directed, detail‑oriented marketing professional with experience in luxury real estate or hospitality. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, proficient in HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and PowerPoint. Confident in designing high‑quality digital and print assets. They can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintain refined brand standards, and translate strategic direction into polished execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design ongoing email templates, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot targeted at prospects and members.
Create and revise digital and print collateral for specific campaigns, sales presentations, and promotional events.
Support the planning, marketing, coordination, and ROI results for sales events.
Participate in external vendor weekly/monthly calls to review performance and strategy moving forward based on results. These include PR, paid media, and social channels.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure the successful launch of campaigns.
Update websites with new images, media, and new content.
Review user traffic sources and conversion paths in Google Analytics
Hospitality & Club Marketing Support
Design and execute marketing materials for club promotions, member events, and hospitality initiatives.
Create and schedule social media content aligned with luxury brand standards.
Develop newsletters and promotional communications for club engagement.
Support marketing efforts across the website, digital, and on‑site channels.
Creative & Digital Execution
Design high‑quality graphics for digital and print use (social posts, flyers, banners, signage, email graphics).
Maintain consistent luxury brand presentation across platforms.
Assist in photography coordination and visual content development when needed.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest creative improvements.
Qualifications Experience
2–4 years of marketing experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with marketing outreach platforms such as HubSpot is required.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
Experience building and managing email campaigns in HubSpot.
Social media content creation and scheduling experience.
Comfortable working across digital and print formats.
Professional Skills
Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Excellent written communication with a refined, luxury brand tone.
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or participating in meetings.
Ability to travel occasionally, including domestic travel, to project and property locations.
Capability to navigate various property environments, including resorts, hotels, event venues, and construction sites, with occasional standing, walking, bending, or lifting (up to 50 pounds).
Strong visual acuity for reviewing creative materials, digital assets, layouts, and marketing content.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interactions in person, over the phone, and via video conferencing.
