We are looking for a highly skilled
Paid Media Specialist
to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across
Google Ads Manager
and
Meta Ads Manager . This is a
full-time, on‑site position based in Lawrence, NY . This role requires both strong analytical ability and creative thinking to drive performance and maximize return on ad spend. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns in
Google Ads Manager
and
Meta Ads Manager Monitor campaign performance and make data‑driven optimizations to improve results Develop and test creative strategies, messaging, and audience targeting Work closely with our
creative execution team
to develop, iterate, and refine high‑performing ad assets Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve both creative and campaign performance Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to ensure efficiency and ROI Analyze campaign data and provide clear reporting and insights Requirements:
Must have proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of paid media strategy, targeting, and performance optimization Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements Creative thinker with a test‑and‑learn mindset Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Nice to Have:
Experience with additional advertising platforms Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools Understanding of conversion tracking and funnel optimization Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience What We’re Looking For:
