Role Overview Springbrook is proactively building a pipeline of high‑performing marketing professionals across a range of functional areas, including demand generation, product marketing, brand and communications, digital marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations.
These future roles will partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive pipeline growth, strengthen market positioning, and support the company's transformation into a scaled platform organization.

Areas of Focus Demand Generation & Pipeline Development
Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
Optimize digital channels including paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and events
Partner with Sales leadership to improve conversion, coverage, and campaign effectiveness
Product Marketing & Market Positioning
Develop messaging and positioning aligned to customer needs and competitive landscape
Support product launches, sales enablement, and go‑to‑market strategy
Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
Brand, Communications & Thought Leadership
Strengthen Springbrook's market presence and employer brand
Manage PR, analyst relations, content strategy, and executive communications
Develop storytelling that reinforces differentiation and platform leadership
Marketing Operations & Performance Analytics
Build scalable campaign processes, reporting frameworks, and attribution models
Partner with Revenue Operations to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting
Leverage data to inform investment decisions and optimize marketing ROI
Customer Marketing & Adoption
Develop programs that support customer engagement, retention, and expansion
Promote adoption of digital solutions and platform capabilities
Support reference programs, case studies, and community engagement
Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, GovTech, or related industries
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue influence, adoption, brand growth)
Strong analytical mindset with comfort using performance data to guide decisions
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Ability to operate effectively in evolving or scaling environments
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
