Job Summary The Digital Marketing Manager leads the company’s online presence. This role is responsible for driving leads through all online channels. Monitors and influences online reputation management and company image on all digital assets. This role develops creative ad campaigns for lead generation and designs engaging social media content for branding, member engagement and revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities Online Lead Generation: 60% time dedicated

Digital lead generation and budget management of digital marketing campaigns including Google ad words, META, Programmatic, and online listings; Measure and report on performance (ROI and KPIs) across all platforms using GA4 and other tools to ensure strategies are optimized based on insights

Responsible for SEO/AEO and organic website visits

Leverages AI tools to automate workflows, optimize productivity and stay competitive.

Identify industry trends and insights and optimize marketing campaigns based on the insights

Collaborating with internal resources, agencies and other partners to successfully drive leads to sales

Test ads and work with sales team on conversion rates

Obtain from membership reasons why new members are joining and use this data for targeted ads and retargeting

Responsible for online membership sales

Social media: Strategy and Execution: 40% time dedicated

Content & Social Strategy: develop cohesive, high-quality content strategies and oversee social media engagement to drive user interaction and community growth.

Oversee company blogs and other content to keep the club’s online reputation strong

Create social media calendar – plan monthly posts to support membership and revenue generation

Monitor brand online, including online reviews and use of brand to ensure consistency and compliance

Research and utilize social media advertising opportunitiesOnline reputation management. Engage with comments regarding the Village Clubs, including negative posts on social platforms

Attend Village events, taking photos and videos and sharing them on social media during the event, plus sharing professional photos after the event

Knowledge/Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in communications, interactive media, journalism, marketing or related field

Minimum of 3 years of related experience, such as digital marketing and social media

Expert knowledge of social networking channels

Experience with SEO analytics and Social Media influence tracking tools

Team player, with confidence to take the lead and guide departments when necessary

Excellent writing and communications skills

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected

Must be change-adaptive, flexible, and empathetic

Demonstrate initiative to think, work, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment

Knowledge of Social Scheduling Tools, HubSpot and WordPress CMS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint), Outlook and knowledge of Marketing Software systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud

Ability to always demonstrate professionalism and discretion

Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire through Company training

Perform other duties as assigned

May be required to work evenings and weekends as needed

Knowledge/Skills Preferred

Graphic design experience and/or Canva or Adobe Express

High-end health Club/hospitality industry preferred

Required Abilities Physical Activity This position requires some standing, walking, lifting, grasping, bending and kneeling for filing. Sitting for long periods of time. Substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

Physical Requirement Sedentary work involving sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required occasionally to attend events and classes to take photos and video. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Visual Requirement Position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing photos, video, and data. Transcribing data, viewing computer monitors and extensive reading.

Working Conditions Position is not substantially exposed to any adverse environmental conditions. It involves typical office or administrative work.
