Illumine8 is seeking a highly organized
Project Manager
with
3–5 years of agency experience
to lead multiple concurrent client projects from kickoff through delivery.
In this role, you’ll manage timelines, priorities, internal coordination, and client communication to ensure work is delivered
on time, on scope, and on budget . You’ll also own project visibility and workflow management in
Teamwork.com , keeping tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and project status accurate and up to date.
What you’ll do:
Manage multiple client projects across the agency
Build and maintain project plans in
Teamwork.com
Coordinate internal teams across strategy, creative, content, web, paid media, and RevOps
Track timelines, approvals, budgets, and billable hours
Identify risks early and keep projects moving
Communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years of project management experience in an agency setting
Experience with
Teamwork.com
required
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required; PMI certification is a plus
Work setup: Hybrid, with
3–4 days/week in office
