Era Living is seeking a full-time Regional Director of Operations to become the newest member of our Home Office leadership team located in Seattle, WA. The Regional Director of Operations collaborates with Era Living’s Senior Management to ensure Company operational excellence, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance, while driving innovation and growth across multiple communities. This role is a Monday to Friday dayshift position that partners with the community Executive Directors to ensure on-call 24/7 oversight of our communities which may require some work after-hours and on weekends/holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Partners with the Executive Directors to drive operational excellence, resident satisfaction, financial performance and employee engagement
Analyze key metrics (occupancy, labor, NOI) and provide performance insights to senior leadership
Financial Performance
Oversee budgeting, financial planning and expense management for communities.
Partner with community leadership to identify revenue opportunities and control costs.
Analyze financial reports and key metrics including occupancy, labor and NOI.
Leadership Development
Recruit, develop and mentor Executive Directors and community leadership teams, providing coaching and performance management to support leadership growth
Help build strong leadership pipelines for future community roles
Resident Experience
Promote culture focused on exceptional customer services and resident care.
Ensure communities meet or exceed resident and family satisfaction benchmarks
Compliance and Risk Management
Champion and oversee company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulatory regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Health & Wellness, Environmental Services, Culinary)
Support licensing surveys and regulatory reviews.
Strategic Growth
In collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing, ensure high community census through effective sales and marketing programs.
Drive innovative improvements across all communities
Assist with new community openings when applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Senior Living industry trends, issues, and regulatory requirements and demonstrated experience driving innovation and operational improvements.
Expertise in administration, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong leadership, analytical capabilities and strong collaboration and team-building skills; Ability to think critically and problem-solve
Strong written and verbal communication including the ability to speak publicly
Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Valid WA State Driver’s License, safe driving record and reliable transportation; Able to travel to multiple Era Living communities to perform duties as required
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to pass DSHS background check, required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of six years of operations management experience in Senior Living or hospitality
Multi-site operations support and management preferred.
