About The Role As a Graduate Marketing Officer you will assist the Senior Campaign Officer, Management team and the Director of the Centre for Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (CfIKE) to grow the department’s marketing function.
The department includes the Alumni and Organisational Partnerships, Short Courses, and Knowledge Exchange teams.
Creating content for social channels and designing physical and digital assets, all with a B2B focus.
Producing work for a variety of stakeholders, including learners, businesses and academics.
Collating, qualifying and building business and organisation contacts, recording these in a database/CRM and contributing to CfIKE’s CRM development and business outreach activities.
Supporting the Knowledge Exchange (KE) team with developing marketing plans and activities targeted at internal and external audiences.
Designing, developing and publishing KE case studies to showcase projects and activities.
(This is an 18‑Month Full‑Time Fixed‑Term Role).
About You The Centre for Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (CfIKE) embraces multiple areas including short courses, consultancy, partnerships and community engagement, and is an exciting and vibrant environment into which the successful candidate will be immersed.
We are looking for someone who has good organisational and communication skills, works well independently and in a team, and has a strong sense of creativity and collaboration.
The successful candidate will have previous marketing experience and a good knowledge of different social media channels and how to create successful content for these channels that resonates with a variety of target audiences.
They will also have experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, knowledge of business and the world of work, and be confident with data analysis and reporting.
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous marketing experience
Keen eye and detail-oriented
Experience working with creative software suites
Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
Confidence with data analysis and reporting
Organised and comfortable working to deadlines
