client is seeking an experienced
VP, Personal Lines Strategy & Operations! What You’ll Do: Partner with the SVP to translate high-level priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap and measurable outcomes for the Personal Lines division. Spearhead initiatives that drive production growth, improve retention, and expand agency engagement across the Smart Start network. Own the reporting and monitoring of key metrics (production, profitability, engagement), working with analytics teams to generate insights that guide decisions. Collaborate with carrier partners to expand product offerings, evaluate performance, and support negotiations to deepen strategic relationships. Develop programs, tools, and resources that help agencies grow their Personal Lines books and partner with field teams to boost agent adoption. Oversee key operational processes, identify opportunities for workflow automation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency. Collaborate with leadership across Data, Agency Success, Technology, and Marketing, while mentoring a team focused on analytics and program execution. What We’re Looking For: 10+ years
of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Personal Lines. 5+ years
in leadership roles, adept at managing teams and executing high-impact strategic initiatives. Deep experience working with independent agent distribution models is strongly preferred. A strong foundation in carrier relations, product strategy, operations, or business analytics is highly desirable. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and operational plans. Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across an organization. Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills. A demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes, including growth and efficiency.
