Position Description This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and bringing bold, creative ideas to life, while also supporting other marketing initiatives across the team.
Create trend-driven, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and schedule social media content.
Capture photos and short form video content in the offices, shops, at company events, and occasionally on our jobsites.
Design branded graphics and visuals using primarily Canva
Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, event recaps, etc.)
Write platform-appropriate captions and messaging that reflect each brand’s tone
Collaborate across HAAS GROUP companies to uncover and share authentic stories
Support internal communications with flyers, email graphics, digital board content, and newsletters
Assist in planning and promoting employee engagement events
Pitch creative ideas for marketing campaigns, swag, and content series
Provide general support to the marketing team on various projects
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement over time
Experience developing and executing a full content strategy, not just posting content
Ability to analyze performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
Ability to operate with minimal direction and take initiative on new ideas- Strong understanding of brand voice and maintaining consistency across platforms
