We’re searching for a Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our New York team and be the operational engine behind our creative ambition. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, structure, and cross‑functional orchestration, this is your opportunity to shape how ELEMIS shows up across every touchpoint in the North America market.
This role owns end‑to‑end creative project management—from brief intake to final delivery—across campaigns, content, packaging, PDP photography, CRM, and in‑store environments. You’ll keep teams aligned, timelines on track, agencies moving, and deliverables elevated. Reporting to the Director of Omnichannel Marketing, you’ll bring strategy to life through flawless execution and beautifully coordinated creative operations.
What You'll Do Creative Operations & Workflow Leadership
Drive end-to-end project management across all creative channels—from brief intake to final asset delivery.
Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are achievable, and deadlines are consistently met.
Assign resources across design, copy, and agency partners to support seamless execution.
Traffic daily workflows and lead weekly status meetings, backed by accurate, insightful reporting.
Build holistic workback schedules aligned with campaign priorities and business milestones.
Identify risks early and proactively problem‑solve to keep work moving.
Manage a wide range of assets: campaign creative, PDP/photoshoots, marketing collateral, packaging, VM materials, CRM, and more.
Support translation workflows and maintain organized digital asset libraries (Dropbox/DAM).
Act as the primary liaison with agency partners on photoshoot logistics, production timelines, and sample coordination.
Visual Merchandising Operations
Lead VM timelines, reviews, and deliverables with Retail Marketing and senior leadership.
Manage vendor relationships, production schedules, and budgets to ensure high‑quality, on‑time execution.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Kick off projects with clarity—driving alignment across Creative, Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Global teams.
Provide direction to internal designers, writers, and external partners, supporting high‑quality outcomes and continuous skill development.
Champion brand excellence, ensuring cohesive, premium experiences across every touchpoint.
Serve as the North America liaison to Global Creative and VM teams—localizing global toolkits, managing feedback loops, and ensuring regional relevance.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements that elevate speed, efficiency, and collaboration.
Bring strategic thinking and operational discipline to support long‑term creative and marketing excellence.
Who You Are
Based in the NYC Metro Area with ability to be in the office 4+ days/week
Solid experience in creative project management or marketing operations
Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch
Expert in PM tools (Jira & Figma experience a plus)
Calm under pressure, decisive, organized, and highly collaborative
Deep familiarity with creative ops, content workflows, and asset lifecycle management
Resourceful, solutions‑driven, and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and production partners
A natural connector who loves enabling teams to do their best work
