REQ#1521The Executive – Actuary, Predictive Modeling will lead and manage cross‐functional projects that apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems in medical professional liability insurance. This role combines actuarial expertise with modern data science techniques to enhance pricing, underwriting, and claims strategies. The actuary will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and mentorship while ensuring that models and insights meet actuarial standards and business objectives.SPECIFIC DUTIES:* Lead and manage multiple actuarial and predictive modeling initiatives related to pricing, underwriting, and claims management* Oversee the acquisition, integration, cleansing, and validation of large, complex datasets from internal and external sources* Perform and lead peer reviews of actuarial, machine learning, and data science work products* Ensure high-quality work products with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability in all analytical deliverables* Exercise strong analytical judgment to make decisions that are both evidence‐based and aligned with business objectives* Monitor deployed models for performance drift and recommend recalibration or redevelopment as needed* Communicate complex technical concepts and model results clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences, including senior leadership* Mentor actuarial and analytical staff on machine learning concepts, modeling best practices, and business applicationQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* 7 or more years of relevant experience required, 2 or more years leading people and/or major cross-functional projects* Third Party Verification of Statistical education: (at least 1 of the following)

+ BA/BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

+ ACAS or FCAS* Technical Skills:

+ Strong proficiency with statistical software such as Python or R

+ Extensive experience gathering, reviewing, and validating modeling datasets using SQL

+ In-depth understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts
