Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable

Automotive Sales Consultant

who is passionate about sales and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, explain features and financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase experience. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and an outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting new and pre‑owned vehicles based on their preferences and needs.

Clearly present vehicle features, benefits, safety information, and financing options.

Conduct vehicle test drives in compliance with traffic laws and dealership policies.

Explain vehicle operation, warranty coverage, and servicing requirements at delivery.

Maintain accurate and complete sales documentation in accordance with company procedures.

Negotiate sales ethically to secure timely and successful transactions.

Stay informed about current product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies.

Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing education programs.

Perform additional duties as needed to support dealership objectives.

High school diploma or GED is required.

Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Dependable and self‑motivated, able to work independently.

Strong commitment to customer service and safety.

Basic computer and internet skills for sales documentation and communication.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.

Ability to accurately read and understand instructions.
