
Global IT Asset & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Global IT Asset & Operations Manager to lead device lifecycle management, inventory forecasting, and procurement operations for a Fortune 50 Global Leader. This is a strategic operational role that bridges the gap between IT Asset Management (ITAM), Finance, and Procurement.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional who excels in fast-moving environments and can manage complex ordering workflows across global regions. You will play a key role in implementing AI-driven tools to improve inventory visibility and automate lifecycle forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Global Inventory & Lifecycle Management:
Oversee PC and laptop stock levels worldwide. Maintain accurate device counts and "spot numbers" across multiple global locations.
Strategic Forecasting:
Anticipate replenishment needs for new hire onboarding and planned hardware refresh cycles using ServiceNow and historical data.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
Manage multi-unit hardware orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms, budget constraints, and supply chain lead times.
Financial Accountability:
Partner closely with Finance as a high-level PO accountant; track spend, manage budget accuracy, and support annual/quarterly purchasing plans.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Build and maintain operations dashboards, Excel forecasting models, and executive-level presentations (PowerPoint).
Process Innovation:
Assist in the implementation of AI-enhanced tools to streamline forecasting and automate inventory tracking workflows.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years
of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations, or IT Inventory Management.
Systems Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow
(or similar Enterprise Asset Management tools) and procurement workflows.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to translate complex data into user-friendly insights for global leadership.
Global Coordination:
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple global time zones.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with AI-driven operational or forecasting tools.
Experience in a large-scale, global corporate environment.
This is a 12-month Contract opportunity with our MN client.
