At Dycom, as a Marketing & Communications Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience analyzing website data, digital advertising performance, in-person event metrics, and employee communications effectiveness to help inform strategy and optimize outreach efforts.
What you’ll do Assist in analyzing performance across marketing channels (digital advertising, email, website, social media, events, etc.)
Help manage and validate UTM parameters to ensure accurate campaign attribution
Assist with implementation and monitoring of tracking pixels and conversion tracking
Track and report on internal communications effectiveness, including employee email engagement, Comsite activity, and internal campaign reach
Document customer journeys, build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports
Conduct short-form performance analyses and summarize key insights for the Marketing & Communications team
Clean, organize, and validate datasets from multiple platforms
Support campaign planning by providing data-driven recommendations
Present findings and insights in clear, concise summaries
What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
At least one year of completed college coursework
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong interest in using data to strengthen brand visibility, employee engagement, and overall communication effectiveness
Ability to work full-time on-site at the corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
