Role Description JJ Global Services is a facility maintenance and property support company providing services such as janitorial cleaning, renovation, landscaping, and general building maintenance. We support commercial and residential clients, primarily in Guam, with a growing presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients
Manage social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads
Assist in preparing proposals and quotations
Perform basic administrative support tasks
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including listening and managing client relationships effectively
Proficiency in Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and gather actionable insights
Experience in Sales & Marketing tasks, such as outreach and strategy support
Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, data entry, and task coordination
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Adaptability, time management, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
