National Corporate Housing is seeking a highly strategic, polished, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a trusted advisor, operational partner, and force multiplier to the executive office.

Expectations for Success Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, proactively managing priorities, optimizing time allocation, and ensuring focus on high‑impact initiatives.
Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator—ensuring alignment between executive priorities and organizational execution.
Prepare and synthesize executive‑level communications, including board materials, investor presentations, speeches, and strategic updates.
Drive follow‑through on key initiatives by tracking deliverables, surfacing risks, and ensuring accountability across the Leadership Team.
Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar as a strategic asset—balancing long‑term priorities with real‑time demands.
Lead planning and execution of executive meetings (Board, Leadership, strategic offsites), including agenda development, materials, and follow‑ups.
Establish and maintain operating cadences that enhance organizational alignment and decision‑making.
Partner with leadership to gather insights, prepare reports, and translate data into actionable executive summaries.
Serve as a central liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Influence outcomes by coordinating across departments, removing barriers, and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
Lead or support high‑impact strategic projects tied to company growth, culture, and operational excellence.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrative staff, elevating overall team effectiveness.
Handle highly sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high‑stakes situations with minimal direction.
Represent the CEO and company with poise in interactions with senior stakeholders, partners, and external executives.
Oversee complex domestic and international travel planning, ensuring efficiency and seamless execution.
Manage executive‑level events, including leadership meetings, offsites, and the Annual Incentive Trip (50–200 attendees).
Prepare detailed briefing materials to ensure the CEO is consistently prepared and informed.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Who You Are
You enjoy working in an engaging office setting, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on executive needs.
7–12+ years of administrative or executive support experience, including 3+ years supporting C‑suite executives.
You bring a can‑do, positive attitude to everything you take on.
You are unquestionably trustworthy and consistently demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, tact, and poise.
You are flexible and available to work late hours and weekends as needed, and you can remain on‑call during the CEO’s travel or during peak workload periods.
You ideally have prior experience interacting with high‑profile individuals in both public and private sectors.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You thrive under pressure, respond resourcefully to shifting priorities, and take initiative to solve problems proactively.
You have expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
You have experience using Adobe Pro and, ideally, Adobe Illustrator.
You hold a bachelor’s degree; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity $107,000 - $121,000, annual bonus opportunity
