About The Role We are seeking a high-impact

Partnership & Growth Lead

to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and unlock new strategic opportunities globally. This is not a maintenance role it is a builder role for someone who thrives on creating revenue from the ground up. You will take ownership of expanding our commercial footprint in the Physical Therapy (PT) space while identifying and executing growth initiatives across adjacent industries and markets. This role is ideal for someone who can bring an existing network, close deals quickly, and build long‑term strategic value.

This position is heavily commission‑based, with flexible engagement options (full‑time or part‑time).

Your Responsibilities Partnerships & Relationship Management

Market Expansion & Business Development

Strategic Growth & Commercial Leadership

Revenue Generation & Deal Closing

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Leverage your existing network to generate immediate revenue opportunities.

Convert relationships and industry knowledge into signed deals.

Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts and partners.

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing relationships.

Identify and secure new distributors, influencers, and strategic partners.

Expand beyond the PT space into adjacent markets such as:

Neurology

Fitness and physical training

Other emerging or untapped verticals

Drive international expansion through partnerships, joint ventures, and new channels.

Explore and develop new business lines, including:

EMRs and integrations

Subscription‑based offerings

New use cases for existing products

Competitive positioning and patent‑related opportunities

Identify gaps in current sales strategy and execution.

Help define sales processes, KPIs, and go‑to‑market approaches.

Launch and lead new commercial initiatives.

Provide cross‑functional feedback from the market to improve product and positioning.

Contribute to building a scalable, high‑performing commercial function over time.

About You You are a hunter with a strategic mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities but creates them.

Experience & Background

Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.

Experience in the Physical Therapy (PT) space is highly preferred.

Existing client relationships or a strong professional network is a major advantage.

Background in sales, business development, partnerships, or business management.

International sales or partnerships experience is a plus.

Capabilities

Self‑starter with strong ownership and accountability.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to engage decision‑makers across different industries.

Commercially driven with ambition to grow into a leadership role.
