This Sr. GTM Strategy Manager individual contributor role will lead growth strategy for Photoshop Web. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Analytics, E-commerce and Monetization, driving acquisition, activation, engagement and retention across creative professionals and creator segments. Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy for Photoshop Web, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization levels Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, experimentation insights and competitive intelligence Partner with product, PMM, Analytics, Monetization, Product Led Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to orchestrate roadmap recommendations and cross-functional alignment on growth priorities, trade-offs and resourcing. Partner with Growth and Monetization teams to drive acquisition and retention by determining optimal offerings and value for different audiences and funnels. Identify and scale third party entry points to expand top-of-funnel reach and MAU growth. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring growth strategies align with delivering real, sustained user value. Develop executive-ready narratives and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership Own GTM quarterly planning and OKR performance reviews for cross functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven success owning growth strategies at scale for consumer tech or SaaS products. A data-centric mindset—you're comfortable diving into metrics, identifying patterns, and using insights to guide decisions A collaborative approach—you enjoy working across teams to get things done Executive-leve communication skills; comfortable presenting strategy and performance insights to senior leadership Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Education & Experience

8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product-led growth, growth marketing, or product strategy roles. Compensation

$85.00 to $91.55 per hour.
