The Opportunity We are adding Investment Sales Associates to our Newton office. This is a full‑time, career‑track role for professionals who want to build a practice in commercial real estate investment sales. You will be developed as an advisor from day one, working within a structured system with clear milestones and direct access to senior producers in your market.

What You Will Do

Build and manage a territory of commercial property owner relationships across your assigned Massachusetts market

Advise owners on asset value, market positioning, and disposition strategy

Conduct property valuations and deliver Broker Opinions of Value

Develop deep market knowledge through consistent owner outreach and transaction analysisWork toward defined performance milestones with the support of senior advisors

Recent graduates in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field

Massachusetts real estate license required or willingness to obtain prior to start date

Compensation

This role is 100% commission. Compensation is uncapped and tied directly to performance. Producers who commit to the development process are positioned to build significant income in years two and three.
