The Marketing Operations Specialist supports promotional processes, customer resolutions, budget tracking, standardized procedures, and resource management across the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage promotions process and related approvals, ensuring enterprise-minded optimizations and synergies.
Support pricing and promotional analysis, including lift assessments.
Maintain marketing processes, documentation, and content repositories.
Track marketing budgets and coordinate operational efficiencies.
Support enterprise-wide initiatives as needed to deliver against commercial execution goals.
Expected Outcomes
Increased consistency in promotional processes and execution.
Strong operational alignment across commercial teams.
Improved visibility into promotional effectiveness and spend.
Skills & Tools
Experience with pricing tools (e.g., Vendavo), CRM, promotional workflow tools.
Strong analytical and process optimization skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization or regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology)
Demonstrated expereince managing complex go-to-market execution plans across multiple channels and working with inteernal and external stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage a budget and work with external vendor partners
Ability to travel 10-20% as required
