Mothering Justice is a multistate 501(c)(3) that builds the collective power of mamas to center the Mama’s Agenda. Our work is rooted in multiple states and growing, and the campaigns we run publicly must reflect the depth, precision, and intentionality of the organizing we do on the ground.
We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist who will serve as the strategic and technical driver behind our digital advocacy and constituent engagement ecosystem. This is not a post‑and‑hope role. The Digital Campaign Specialist operates at the architecture level: owning the full campaign communications pipeline from audience segmentation and message sequencing through performance analysis and list health, ensuring that every touchpoint across our email, social, and digital advocacy channels moves people and reflects why this work matters.
Our Communications team is an award‑winning team. The bar for this work is set accordingly. If you have run multi‑channel digital campaigns inside movement organizations and understand the stakes of mobilizing communities that are routinely deprioritized by mainstream political infrastructure, this contract was designed for you.
