Plays a key role in strengthening and enhancing the Company’s compliance monitoring and analytics capabilities by leading data-driven monitoring initiatives and translating risk into practical, measurable monitoring processes and reporting mechanisms.\_## Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):* Independently scope, design, and implement data-driven compliance monitoring initiatives in alignment with Compliance leadership priorities.* Translate compliance requirements into measurable monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs).* Develop, maintain, and enhance compliance dashboards and reports to support leadership oversight.* Identify opportunities to strengthen monitoring and analytical processes.* Conduct risk-based field monitoring activities, including field rides and other live monitoring, applying consistent standards and professional judgment.* Other duties as assigned.## Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience AND 4+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including monitoring, compliance analytics, or commercial operations experience.* Compliance and Ethics Professional Certification preferred.* Up to 40% U.S. field travel.* Understanding of healthcare compliance laws and regulations applicable to a pharmaceutical company with a commercial product* Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal capabilities.* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.* Ability to operate autonomously, as needed, and with minimal supervision.Neurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/Disability/Vets employer.We are committed to building a workplace of belonging, respect, and empowerment, and we recognize there are a variety of ways to meet our requirements. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
