Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Roofing Contractor. The Roofing Contractor will perform a variety of tasks related to roof installation, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities include assessing roofing needs, ensuring proper waterproofing and insulation, installing or repairing roofing materials, and maintaining safety standards while working at heights.

Qualifications

Proficiency in roofing techniques, including repairs, installation, and maintenance

Strong foundation in carpentry and knowledge of insulation applications

Experience and comfort with working at height and performing tasks on roofs

Understanding of waterproofing methods and application techniques

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Prior experience in roofing or construction is highly valued

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively
