Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Hospitality (Forbes 2026 Top Firm)
Compensation: $75,000 – $120,000 per year + End-of-Year Performance Bonus

Saladino Design Studios is a Forbes 2026 Top-Listed Hospitality Architect and Interior Design firm. Recognized by the HD Awards and the Prix Versailles, our award-winning studio of 15-25 employees operates on an "all under one roof" philosophy—where architecture, interior design, and artisanal fabrication collide. We are looking for a highly creative leader to join our growing team and manage projects that shape the future of luxury hospitality.
The Role As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design and management of high-profile projects through every phase: Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Field Execution. You will work hand-in-hand with our architectural department to ensure design integrity, clarity, and innovation are maintained from the first sketch to the final build.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead the development of interior concepts based on client vision and architectural research.
Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive implementation sets (interior plans, fixture plans, elevations, and details).
Creative Collaboration: Work with in-house architects, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet project objectives.
FF&E Mastery: Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) databases, specifications, and performance metrics.
Field Supervision: Conduct site surveys and field verification; assist with RFIs and submittals during the Construction Administration Phase.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in the Hospitality design field (Required).
Education: Accredited professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Software Mastery: Complete proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, and 3D modeling software.
Location: 100% In-Office (Miami, FL 33142). We believe the best design happens in a collaborative, hands-on studio environment.
