As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business development goals. Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive performance and growth
Goal‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
