
Marketing Account Manager – Part Time

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join the Brindle team. Our account team is responsive, quick-thinking, strategic, and manages new and existing client relationships.
Our ideal candidate would have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and will be directly responsible for managing multiple accounts as the main point of contact and owner of the relationship. You'll be working closely with our lead account manager, SEO, social media, and paid ads teams to ensure happy clients and smooth on-time delivery of scopes as well as be able to spot opportunities as they arise. The Account Manager will oversee all digital aspects of their client’s campaigns.

Ultra-organized and can keep track of many moving parts to ensure nothing ‘slips through the cracks’, and are resourceful in solving problems
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of client relationships with 10-15 clients maintaining a response time within 24 hours
Provide monthly reporting and analysis by the 5th business day of the following month
Regular check-ins with clients
Oversee client marketing plans and campaigns including performance and reporting for Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social
Proactively monitor campaign performance and make recommendations. Work closely with our paid ads team to optimize campaigns for the best ROI
Keeping up with trends within digital marketing and the multifamily industry
Manage onboarding of new projects: ensuring Asana is set up, accounting for the entire scope, being the liaison between all team members and the client to ensure we get access to their systems, etc.
Manage client relations
Attend and lead client calls and meetings
Prepare meeting agendas, meeting recaps, and check-ins
Upselling new recommendations and coming to the table first with new marketing ideas, recommendations, and opportunities
Manage timelines and budgets for client projects
Proofing and quality control: internal approvals and reviewing marketing collateral and assets
Create marketing plans, campaigns, and execution strategies
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Manager or related role
2+ years digital marketing or agency experience
Agency experience or multifamily industry experience preferredStrong organizational, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
