
Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Salary: $85K-$100K Plus Benefits Package
Job Description: The Channel Senior Manager is responsible for evaluating and supporting dealer network throughout all region in Central & South America as well as Caribbean islands.
Responsibilities:
To manage dealer network status of all 43 countries and timely summarize it on monthly basis of its status by dealers (Dealer by dealer profile management and each country’s network status review)
To manage dealer profile of every dealer in the entire network and update the dealer information including pictures and location in DDMS
Implementation of dealer performance upgrade thru facility renewal and expansion based on New SI 2.0 rebranding strategy (showroom and workshop)
To coordinate between HQ and distributors all corporate identity & corporate design projects to ensure compliance with HQ requirements
To assist distributors to do a market study analysis to determine optimum dealer count and preferred locations as well as new open points in the entire country
To develop online new vehicle, spare parts and accessory retail channel
To analyze the submission of all dealer financial statements on a monthly basis
To assist sales/service field operation the field activities related to dealer improvement and its outcome
To explore channel strategies for new models that meets the local condition and needs
To analyze strong and weak points of every dealers participating in the evaluation and provide adequate solution/suggestion to improve dealer operation
To assist platinum prestige program to encourage, recognize and reward exclusivity
To assist award ceremony for platinum prestige awarded dealers and provide a recommendation for their marketing activity
To assist Business Management activity created by Distributor Field Manager and make a best case report for the region
To refine global Certified Pre-Owned program to launch in the region and to expand
To provide a Taxi and used car market study of major countries
To engage and support Customer eXperience team with VoC and various projects ongoing
To coordinate dealer invitation events for new and selected dealers (discovery)
Requirements:
Project management certificate (highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in business administration or finance
Strong communication and project management skills
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
Auto allowance
Work cell phone & plan
