Ascenso Tires North America is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Associate Manager Marketing
to support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives and managing trade show logistics. This position plays a vital role in elevating brand visibility, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Support
Assist with the development and execution of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions.
Coordinate the production and distribution of product literature, catalogs, and branded merchandise.
Maintain marketing calendars and track deadlines for deliverables.
Support content creation efforts for digital platforms (social media, email, web).
Help manage vendor relationships related to marketing materials and promotional items.
Event & Trade Show Coordination
Work to plan, prepare, and execute all logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events.
Handle pre-show planning including booth reservations, registrations, promotional shipments, travel bookings, and collateral prep.
Coordinate on-site setup and breakdown of event materials (may include limited travel).
Track event budgets and vendor payments in coordination with the finance team.
Capture post-event insights, photos, and materials for follow-up reports and social content.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain organized records of marketing assets, show inventories, and event logistics.
Help manage company swag inventory and order fulfillment.
Support internal communication efforts related to upcoming shows and marketing activities.
Perform general administrative tasks to assist the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, event coordination, or administrative support role.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe) and social media platforms is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or marketing events.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in B2B marketing, industrial products, or automotive/tire industry a plus.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
