The Opportunity We are seeking a Director, Strategy & Transformation to partner closely with the Chief Platform & Technology Officer (CPTO) and leadership team to drive strategic execution, business performance, and organizational effectiveness across GPT. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, product thinking, and execution. You will play a critical role in translating vision into action—driving complex initiatives, leading transformation programs, and ensuring the organization operates with clarity, focus, and discipline. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution & Transformation
Drive the definition and execution of GPT’s strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with the broader Digital Business and enterprise objectives
Lead cross-functional transformation programs spanning product, engineering, and platform initiatives
Translate leadership vision into structured roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
Identify organizational gaps, risks, and execution bottlenecks—and proactively resolve them
Leadership Enablement & Organizational Effectiveness
Partner with the CPTO and senior leadership team to drive prioritization, focus, and execution discipline across the organization
Establish and run an effective operating cadence (planning cycles, reviews, metrics, and governance) across GPT
Develop high-impact executive communications, including board materials, strategy reviews, and customer-facing narratives
Represent the CPTO in key forums and engagements, ensuring alignment, continuity, and follow-through
Program Leadership & Portfolio Oversight
Lead the platform PMO, overseeing execution across key initiatives including InSight DXP, DSP, and compliance programs
Establish scalable program governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms across the portfolio
Drive accountability and transparency across a complex set of strategic initiatives
Financial Performance & Discipline (FinOps)
Oversee FinOps to ensure cost discipline, budget alignment, and financial transparency across GPT
Drive optimization of cloud and platform investments while supporting growth and scalability
Align financial planning with strategic priorities and execution roadmaps
The Ideal Candidate Ideal candidates must have 10 - 15 years of total experience, technical exposure in AI and cloud, and expertise in creating professional presentations for executive and board meetings. The position is a people leader role overseeing a small team and managing department-level budgets, including FinOps and cloud costs.
Experience:
10+ years in technology, SaaS, or platform-driven organizations, with experience in strategy, transformation, or leading complex cross‑functional initiatives
Product & Transformation Orientation:
Experience in product management and operational transformation, with a demonstrated ability to connect product thinking, strategy, and execution in platform or SaaS environments
Business Acumen:
Strong GM mindset with the ability to balance strategic ambition with disciplined execution and financial outcomes
Execution Leadership:
Proven ability to drive large-scale initiatives from concept through delivery in fast-paced environments
Analytical Strength:
Ability to synthesize complex information and drive data‑informed decisions
Influence & Communication:
Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions
Leadership Presence:
Comfortable operating at executive levels while also diving deep into execution details
Resilience & Ownership:
Thrives in high‑growth, high‑expectation environments and takes ownership of outcomes
Reasonably expected salary range: $163,400.00 - $217,900.00
