Looking for a flexible on-campus job that pays well and actually builds your resume? College Cubbies is a student-founded summer storage startup backed by ZIP Launchpad, SDSU's startup incubator — and we're hiring Field Marketing Reps across
SDSU, USD, and UCSD .
What you'll do:
Tabling at a high-traffic campus spot — engaging students, distributing promotional items, and getting sign-ups via QR code
Distributing flyers and postcards around dorms, apartments, and common areas
Doing direct outreach through your social circles, clubs, and student organizations
Supporting other promotional efforts as they come up
Full training and SOPs are provided for everything. You'll never feel thrown into something unprepared.
~4-hour shifts, primarily Mon–Thu, scheduled around your classes
Work is on campus — already part of your day, no extra commute
Real startup experience working directly with the founders
Short commitment — approximately 5 weeks (April 5 – May 8)
What we're looking for:
Currently enrolled at SDSU, USD, or UCSD
Reliable and able to commit to at least 2–3 shifts per week
No prior experience required — experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Bonus points if you're involved in student organizations or active in your campus community. If you're interested in marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship, even better.
