JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior Coordinator, Ad Sales Brand Marketing, Entertainment will support the Ad Sales team by developing multi-media marketing materials and executing trade initiatives that position FOX Entertainment across the industry.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

Collaborate across various internal teams (Sales, Consumer Marketing, Branded Content, Programming, Research, and Design) to support the development and creation of impactful go-to-market initiatives: presentations, sizzles, one-sheets, online media kit, email blasts, mailers, trade website, etc. that position FOX Entertainment in the marketplace

Communicate with sales and research to coordinate requests for brand positioning materials, collateral and incoming RFPs

Leverage syndicated and proprietary research to support development of insight-driven positioning materials and analyze quantitative data to craft compelling stories and visualize data

Support ideation of compelling campaigns and activations to demonstrate and deliver strategic priorities and brand propositions

Maintain organizational system of cloud-based sales materials for all properties and programs—manage programming updates, talent bios, and organize assets, ensuring all content materials are updated with the latest logos, key art, programming dates, etc.

Liaison with Sales and Pitch teams to update client database and coordinate CRM efforts including memorializing recipient lists and delivery of eblasts, mailers, etc.

Curate content and maintain materials/assets are up to date on the FOX Portfolio Trade website, FoxAdSolutions.com

Support digital, social and email trade marketing campaigns. Traffic deliverables and ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently, coordinate communication plans and timelines

Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign and trade marketing performance metrics to inform future content strategy

Works closely with the senior leads in the department to support daily communication with internal and external parties, including Sales, Partnerships, Branded Content, Research, Production, Consumer Marketing, Distribution, Programming, Finance, vendors, clients and their respective agencies

Manage timelines, budgets, and invoicing with high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Experience in media, events and project management and an interest in pop culture and entertainment marketing a plus

Excellent oral, written, proofreading and presentation skills; excellent comprehension and ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively

Strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail; team player

Understanding of media ad sales process and marketing strategy, media buying and planning

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal and external clients and vendors

Professional demeanor to interface with multiple high level, key constituencies; ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships

Thorough knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) including PowerPoint design skills

Knowledge of relevant syndicated and custom research tools (Nielsen, comScore, etc.) and their application to the sales process a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization where the individual was responsible for supporting the team in presentation, creative and promotion development

Must be willing to submit to background investigation

Must be willing to work in New York City, NY

Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.75-32.20 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
