Role Description The Director of Sales will lead and manage the hotel's sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, fostering business development opportunities, managing key accounts, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Garner, NC, requiring collaboration with teams to achieve enterprise sales goals while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and hospitality.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Strong experience in Business Development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Strong abilities in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating sales teams to meet targets.

Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with the hospitality industry and prior experience in hotel sales is a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on‑site in Garner, NC, with flexibility for occasional travel.
