2-4 years clinical experience

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients using chiropractic techniques
Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans
Build strong doctor-patient relationships
Lead staff training and track key clinic metrics
Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $85k-$90k
Tiered production bonus: 5% of collections $60k-$80k/month
8% $80k-$100k/month
12% above $100k/month
CE allowance ($1,500/year) + 3 paid CE days
Paid time off (10 days/year) + 6 holidays
Health stipend ($500/month)
401(k) retirement plan available after year one
