Operational tasks
Develop Client Relationships.
Oversee operational equipment (Phones, vehicles, computer software, and office hardware equipment) with maintenance and documentation.
Scheduling of UGS employees for AMDA performing arts College.
Handle and properly channel personnel complaints.
You will train in all aspects of the business that is needed within the security industry and build your management skills.
Furthermore, with United Guard Security INC., you will learn how to manage unarmed officers at a performing arts college. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Schedule Monday to Friday: 11AM-7PM flexible (some weekends)
Availability Availability is required at all times for emergency situations.
Supplemental Pay Salary
Starting Pay: $55K-$60K Yearly salary

Meet and exceed client’s requests and overall objectives.
Understand the security needs of prospects and customers to determine an appropriate solution.
Control Overtime of employees.
Develop and maintain security plans and be proactive with clients and ensure the positive relationship.
Requirements
Must Have a valid CA guard card.
Strong verbal and written command of the English language.
An ability to prepare action plans.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project and Smartsheet).
