
LATAM Commercial Coordinator (MCR Safety Group)

MCR Safety Group, a Bunzl company, is now hiring for a
Latin America Commercial Coordinator.
The LATAM-CC role is based at the MCR Safety Group headquarters, in Collierville, TN, and is responsible for a combined set of customer service, sales support, and commercial coordination activities that enable sales growth across the Latin American sales organization. The role supports inside accounts managed from a U.S. perspective and provides day-to-day support to the field sales organization to ensure timely, accurate, and responsive execution of commercial activities.
The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; however, work hours may vary depending on business needs.
Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Management (LATAM Accounts)
New account setup and customer onboarding to include required commercial documentation and coordination
Customer master data maintenance – account updates/changes
Contract pricing administration and pricing file support
Order processing; standard, work, 3PD, and sample orders
Return processing, including RMA coordination as applicable
Credit and debit memo processing and issue resolution
Respond to product availability questions and support fulfillment visibility
Manage standard and special price requests, ensuring appropriate approvals/workflow
Prepare/coordinate export documentation required for LATAM shipments
Quality complaint management; includes intake, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
Sales Support (field & inside sales enablement)
Support the LATAM field organization with day-to-day commercial execution (quotes, pricing, availability, order status, documentation)
Maintain responsiveness to urgent customer and field needs; escalate when necessary
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes (speed, accuracy, communication cadence)
Provide direct support to designated accounts while also delivering responsive, high‑quality assistance to accounts managed by field sellers
Cross-Functional Coordination & Commercial Execution
Coordinate with Demand Planning to align forecasts, supply allocations, and availability expectations
Partner with global sourcing, product management, operations, and credit to ensure end‑to‑end commercial activities are handled efficiently
Act as a liaison to remove roadblocks impacting orders, pricing, contracts, inventory, documentation, and issue resolution
Support documentation control and commercial process consistency across the LATAM region (e.g., pricing, contracts, order flow)
Maintain accurate records for pricing, contracts, and account requirements
Track open items and aging (pricing requests, holds, export docs, claims, dispute resolution)
Recommend and implement process improvements
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related area of study highly preferred
3–5 years of Business-to-Business customer service experience required
Previous phone/customer communication experience required
Experience working with ERP systems
Preferred: (LATAM Scope)
Support Latin America customers and/or export processes
Working experience with international trade regulations and documentation (export compliance, commercial invoice support, packing lists, SLIs, certificates)
Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency (written and verbal)
Experience supporting sales teams and sales operations workflows
Pricing, contract, and dispute resolution experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
Experience in the SAP ERP environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills which include Excel, Powerpoint, and PowerBi
