Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance client accounts
Handle billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and policy processing
Review accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide prompt, responsive, and personalized customer service
Collaborate with team members to support overall agency operations
Qualifications Prior experience in commercial insurance (agency experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills
Ability to work directly with clients and manage relationships effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred or willingness to obtain
