A fast-growing company within the residential construction industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and attract qualified client traffic across their Greater Houston area communities. Compensation and Benefits
Salary with bonus potential: $90,000 - $115,000+ DOE

Location: Northeast Houston, TX – ON SITE
Type of position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
Develop creative marketing campaigns and plan promotions tied to home availability and special events to generate qualified homebuyer leads.
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and traffic to communities and model homes, including marketing current community openings, event presence, and inventory pushes.
Oversee all digital marketing, including website strategy, online lead generation (tracking quality and cost per lead), and monitoring campaign performance to produce optimal conversion.
Strategically create and monitor the marketing budget to be used as a roadmap for achieving company goals while optimizing ROI and ensuring financial discipline.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, establish marketing calendar, track schedule to enforce deadlines and produce polished, market-leading results.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive positioning, and market dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Translate organizational strengths into clear, compelling brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in the home construction or real estate industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with comfortability wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven ability to manage campaigns from A to Z, including lead generation strategies and a solid understanding of digital marketing.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and marketing teams.
