To strengthen our Marketing & Communications activities, we are looking for a motivated, hands-on, and well-organized personality to join our team as an Events & Communications Coordinator 50 % (all genders) Your impact: Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partners Manage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistency Support webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teams Maintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreach Support internal communications and company-wide updates Collect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM team Assist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company news Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event management Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressure Willingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at events What we offer: An innovative and international working environment A flexible workload (~50%) with room for adjustment by mutual agreement Varied responsibilities with a high level of independence A motivated, collaborative team with short decision-making paths Modern working conditions with flexible hours, 40-hour week, and remote work options Ready to shape our global presence?
