Summary
Jool Baby is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across retail and direct-to-consumer channels. This role is highly executional and performance-focused, owning campaigns from concept through launch and optimization across digital, email, and retail environments.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in retail marketing (especially big-box), digital performance marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, and go-to-market execution, with a deep understanding of eCommerce. Experience with Shopify is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, email, and eCommerce channels
Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and cross-functional workflows to ensure on-time delivery
Align messaging and creative across all channels for a cohesive customer experience
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs (sales, conversion, ROAS, etc.)
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and key initiatives
Define target audience, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for each launch
Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
Build and manage launch timelines, ensuring readiness across retail and DTC channels
Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Support SEO/SEM initiatives to drive traffic and conversion
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for efficiency and growth
Ensure digital efforts align with broader campaign and retail strategies
eCommerce (DTC Focus)
Support ongoing optimization of the Shopify site (merchandising, promotions, landing pages)
Align site experience with campaign messaging to maximize conversion
Partner on improving conversion rate, AOV, and overall customer journey
Use customer behavior and site analytics to inform marketing strategies
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in CPG, baby products, or consumer goods
Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across retail, digital, and email channels
Experience leading go-to-market strategies for product launches
Strong background in digital performance marketing (paid social, search, analytics)
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
eCommerce experience required; Shopify experience strongly preferred
Experience working with major retailers (Walmart, Amazon, Target) is a plus
Experience managing external agencies and partners
Strong analytical and project management skills
