Description Lead end-to-end demand generation for AWS Summit events with responsibility for strategy, execution, and results. You'll own high-impact campaigns across a global event portfolio, orchestrating collaboration with cross-functional marketers while driving registration, attendance, and engagement goals.
What You'll Own Strategic Campaign Leadership
Drive complete demand generation strategy for assigned Summits, from planning through post-event analysis
Own Livestream program strategy and execution, developing digital-first approaches that maximize virtual engagement
Make data-driven decisions on tactical approach, channel mix, content strategy, and optimization
Partner with Channel Leads to execute and optimize integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, web, and search
Work with content, event, and ABM teams to develop compelling campaign content and messaging tailored to regional audiences
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Coordinate work across Channel Leads, Digital Strategists, Content teams, Program Management, Analytics, and Lead Management
Partner with regional Summit teams, Global Events, ABM, and Field Marketing
Drive content customization strategy, managing asset review and approval processes
Ensure alignment across organizational boundaries and manage dependencies
Performance & Optimization
Monitor real-time performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
Analyze registration trends, channel performance, and engagement metrics
Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates
Lead post-event retrospectives and contribute to global process improvement
Daily Schedule: Participate in daily stand-ups to surface risks/ blockers and coordinate with the team
Monitor campaign performance in real-time across assigned Summits, reviewing registration data, email metrics, and channel performance
Coordinate with content, events, and ABM teams on asset development, reviewing proofs and providing feedback within 2-business-day SLAs
Partner with Channel Leads (Email, Web, Paid Media, Social, Search) on campaign execution and optimization
Conduct weekly stakeholder syncs with regional Summit teams and ABM marketers
Manage Workfront tasks and timelines, updating project status and identifying at-risk deliverables
Respond to urgent requests and troubleshoot execution issues as they arise
High-Impact, High-Visibility Work
Your campaigns drive attendance for AWS's most important customer-facing events, directly contributing to CMO-level goals and both global and regional business outcomes. You'll see the immediate impact of your work through registration numbers, attendance metrics, and lead and pipeline generation.
True Ownership & Autonomy
This isn't a junior execution role - you'll have full decision-making authority over your assigned programs, from strategy to optimization. You'll operate independently while being supported by experienced Campaign Managers and leadership.
Work across regions, cultures, and markets, collaborating with teams worldwide. You'll orchestrate work with cross-functional marketers without direct reporting lines, building influence through collaboration and results.

Must have hands-on experience planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, paid media, web, and events.

Cross-Functional Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination (3+ years)
Must be proficient with project management tools (Workfront preferred) and have demonstrated ability to orchestrate work with cross-functional team members without direct authority. Should understand dependency management, timeline coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams required.
Data-Driven Campaign Optimization (3+ years)
Must have experience analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven optimization decisions.
Should be comfortable with analytics tools and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
