Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Follow up with potential and previous customers to build relationships and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
