Fuel Sales Representative (Development Role)

We are looking for a motivated individual in the Greater Phoenix area to join our team and help grow our fuel distribution business. This is a sales development role designed to build experience in the petroleum distribution industry while supporting our sales team and expanding customer relationships.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is competitive, building relationships, and developing a long-term career in outside sales and energy distribution.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with existing fuel customers
Support major oil brand compliance requirements for retail fuel locations
Assist in growing unbranded fuel sales accounts
Work with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Travel throughout the territory as needed (occasional overnight travel may be required)
Qualifications
Outside sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interest in developing a career in fuel distribution or energy sales
Compensation
Base salary plus commission
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
