If you have a passion for driving results in retail environments and enjoy working with innovative financial technology, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact. Field Account Representatives (FARs) represent Affirm in-store, working closely with retail associates and leadership to increase adoption, confidence, and performance.

What will you do?

Represent Affirm across assigned retail locations to drive usage and conversion

Visit stores on a structured cadence, averaging 46 visits per day, 5 days per week

Deliver in-store training, product training, and sales coaching to retail associates

Increase associate confidence through structured talk tracks and scenario-based coaching

Ensure merchandising compliance and proper placement of Affirm materials

Capture field insights, associate feedback, and customer sentiment

Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions

Build strong relationships with store leadership to support sustained adoption

Complete weekly reporting, visit recaps, and performance documentation

Participate in weekly check-ins and monthly business reviews with program leadership

Building trust and credibility with store teams

Proactively identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagement

Consistently executing against visit, training, and reporting expectations

Adapting messaging based on store performance and associate needs

Maintaining a disciplined, self-managed field routine

Experience and Qualifications

13 years of experience in retail sales, field execution, or account management

Experience training, coaching, or influencing retail associates preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and small group settings

Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Strong organizational, time management, and accountability skills

Proficiency using mobile devices, tablets, and reporting tools

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market and occasionally out of the market

Experience with fintech, credit, or alternative payment solutions is a plus

This role supports a 5-month pilot program with a goal to expand and make an ongoing full-time role. This program is designed to validate scalability and performance, with clearly defined KPIs tied to adoption, conversion, training completion, and merchandising compliance.
