Senior Window & Door Sales Representative (Outside B2B)

Pella Corporation is seeking a proven, senior level Window & Door sales professional to aggressively grow market share in the Greater Los Angeles area. This role is designed for a true hunter- someone who already knows the W&D space, brings established relationships, and has a demonstrated history of building revenue through outside B2B sales.

This is not an entry-level or training role. We are looking for a seasoned producer who can make an immediate impact by leveraging an existing book of business while continuing to uncover and close new opportunities.

What Youll Do

  • Own and grow a profitable territory through outside B2B selling in the window and door market
  • Leverage an existing book of business to drive immediate revenue and expand key accounts
  • Spend 50%+ of your time in the field actively prospecting, meeting customers, and closing deals
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade partners
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face selling
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by delivering tailored, high-value solutions
  • Consistently execute at a high level in a performance-driven, results-focused sales environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $75,000$105,000, aligned to experience, performance history, and market expertise
  • $17,000+ in guaranteed commissions over the first three months ($5,000+ per month)
  • Uncapped commission plantop performers are not capped on earnings

What Were Looking For

  • Established success in outside B2B Window & Door sales (required)
  • Ability to bring and grow an active, transferable book of business
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong command of the W&D sales cycle, pricing conversations, and trade relationships
  • High level of independence, urgency, and accountability
  • Knowledge of commercial building codes and blueprint interpretation preferred
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable motor vehicle record
